Stiletto Network provides business consulting services on diversity and inclusion to global corporations, women’s groups, academic institutions, and philanthropies.

Most recently, Stiletto Network worked with Pamela Thomas-Graham, the former Chief Marketing Officer of Credit Suisse, to launch the women’s segment of the firm’s New Markets Initiative, which provided wealth advisory services for women, African Americans, and LGBT.

Subsequently, with Shaquille O’Neal and Credit Suisse, Stiletto Network launched Momentum: Black Men’s Leadership Retreat, which convened 50 of the nation’s most high-powered African American men in 2014 to focus on job-creation and economic empowerment in the black community.

Ryckman, working for Stiletto Network, also co-authored CS Gender 3000, a Credit Suisse research report that debunked the “Queen Bee” myth for women (view PDF of report and press release).

If I want to mobilize, or create a movement or visibility for something, I activate the Broad Squad. But it’s actually a pyramid of squads, so when I mobilize mine, they mobilize theirs, and then there’s a huge rolling thunder.”
